Areas of oversight include:
Work in conjunction with Field Services Director to develop process and procedures and obtain observance to ensure
excellent customer service outcomes
Manage customer service workflow
Hiring and staffing for O&M field activities
Support development of and implement company training program
Manage and obtain observance of company IIPP
Support and perform field activities
Identify, hire, and manage subcontractors
Work in conjunction with Field Services Director to develop, document and manage all O&M SOPs
Sales support including estimates, site/customer visits, other technical sales support
Support departmental business development activities
Maintain day to day regional office operations
Other duties as assigned
Direct reports include:
O&M Technicians in local regional office
Regional office schedule coordinators
Regional office facilities staff
candidate will have strong organizational and customer service skills. Experience working on commercial PV projects a must.
Educational, professional and/or other requirements:
Strong understanding of electrical theory and applications
High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years commercial PV system installation
Extensive personnel management experience
Strong Knowledge of NEC, UBC and other building codes
Exceptionally strong analytical and problem solving skills
High organizational skills
Ability to innovate and improve daily operations
High integrity, positive attitude and energy a must!
NABCEP, IR certification, and PV manufacturer O&M certifications a big plus!
Electrical, general building, or solar specific state issued contractor’s license preferred.
